Today's the day

It was a great Christmas. All the kids got what they needed and wanted. I was happy with things. I have been mad at my hubs for a few weeks now. Really mad at myself for being so taken advantage of. I know now that trust is earned. I just wish I could get past the bitterness. Pray for me people. Love to all.

Green Giant Valley Steamers

Has anyone used those Green Giant Valley Steamers. They are really helpful in getting the kids to eat their veggies. Some of the sauces I rinse off for the young ones, but the colors are so bright, the kids just gobble them up.

I am Back! Reclaiming My Space!

Sorry I have been away so long. I have missed blogging. I really need an outlet for myself and this is it!!! It is my no husband's allowed domain. What is wrong with me that in this house I have no space for myself. My so called office somehow turned into the storage/ play area for the kids. My kitchen has hardly no counter space, so I thought may be the formal dining room because no one goes in there. And as soon as I get my stuff in there, her comes hubby! Well I hate feeling crowded and I don't like him touching my things. He never puts anything back but he thinks he does. So I am back where I started. And I am going to move the kids to the family room and put a curtain up to hide the storage and reclaim my space!! What do you think? Am I being selfish?

Dreams of Paris!

A great weekend of high hopes. A lot got done. But not all that I hoped would. But I was able to look at photos of places friends have gone that I have not. And here is one from Paris. A friend lived in Belgium for 3 years and sent me photos of her travels. I loved it. Here is one of my favs!!

Curtains....And other stuff

I have been looking at my blank windows for the past couple years wishing I had curtains. This is a rental. And when we moved in I was 7 mths pregnant. I wasn't able to put as much passion into this place as I wanted. But now my baby is 21 months and still no curtains. So I have to do something. So follow me on my journey for curtains for my rental home. I am only doing one room at a time for budget reasons. Also, I am secretly praying my hubby will relocate us. Our neighbors here are nice. But I'd hope to have true friendships by now. The couple next door is really nice. The husband gives us veggies from his garden. And the wife and daughter are nice. They wave when they drive by. I guess they think I am super busy with my little ones. And I am, most of the time. Ok, new subject. I am bumbing myself out!!

Has anyone tried FlyLady. I am trying to do her flybaby routine. Check out her site and let me know what you think. I like shining my sink. But my hotspots require more than 15 minutes. So I give myself about 20. But by the end of the day, the kids have distroyed whatever order I had. So I start over again the next day. Happy to know that school starts soon!:0)
